Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Track record of launching innovative products/services with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
