- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and climate-related disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Publish thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading innovation projects in tech or sustainability sectors
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight preferred
