Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Develop and communicate multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed innovation frameworks across 15+ departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of disruptive technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to influence C-suite leadership
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society) required
