As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to identify disruptive opportunities, mitigate risks, and create actionable roadmaps for sustainable growth. Your insights will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and organizational transformation across global enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop data-driven innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive whitepapers for industry publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Present strategic foresight findings to boards and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
