Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and deliver strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Publish thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on digital transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
