- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Build scenario models for disruptive technologies and their potential business impacts
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent acquisition
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
