Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech integration
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academics, and policy influencers
- Drive sustainable innovation practices aligned with ESG 2030 targets
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor R&D teams in emerging technologies and human-centered design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of behavioral economics and human-technology interfaces
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back innovation frameworks
