Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future uncertainties
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or futurist research (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos, CES, or similar high-impact forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., from futurists.org)
