Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces relevant to 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and validate future-focused concepts
- Quantify market opportunities and competitive threats using scenario modeling and data analytics
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of external innovators, startups, and research partners
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) for integration potential
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior executives
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (startups, venture capital, academia)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
