Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy by analyzing tech convergence, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing breakthrough solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through workshops, thought leadership articles, and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of 3+ futuristic concepts to market
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSD) or innovation management preferred
