Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business model transformation aligned with future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Maintain a horizon scanning ecosystem to identify early signals of paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial products or market strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
