Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to improve qubit coherence times
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF grants for quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum annealing or gate-based systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science/Physical Review X (last 5 years)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit designs
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum circuit optimization
- Active Q# or Quil implementation experience
