Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, societal, and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR) and their societal implications
