Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (quantum computing, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify 2026 inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients in healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive models validated by MIT/Stanford research
- Advolve patent strategy for breakthrough technologies with our legal innovation team
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Tomorrow Leaders' incubator program
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry roundtables
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight at consultancies (McKinsey, BCG) or R&D labs
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or ethical AI governance
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise transformations using future-back methodologies
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling from MIT Sloan
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: synthetic biology or decentralized networks
- Experience advising UN/WEF on sustainable development goals
