As a key member of our Global Futures Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across sectors to identify paradigm shifts, develop proactive roadmaps, and position our portfolio companies as industry pioneers. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, sociology, and economics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build organizational foresight capabilities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on exponential technologies
- Advvent C-suite on innovation portfolio allocation and R&D prioritization
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of successful trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
