Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technological adoption and market dynamics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
