Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, climate, and societal domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and emerging market demands
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling tools and scenario planning methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Mentor innovation teams in applying futures-thinking to product development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with futures simulation tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level strategy and drive organizational change
