Responsibilities
- Perform high-velocity data entry and verification for incoming customer leads.
- Manage high-volume phone inquiries and technical troubleshooting during night shifts.
- Resolve customer escalations and complaints with a focus on 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in our internal CRM and database systems.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service or data processing is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
