Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into product development cycles
- Present future scenario briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify high-impact opportunities
- Champion a forward-thinking culture through internal training and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies or product roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex scenarios
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Certification in futures studies or innovation management preferred
