Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business plans
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning our company as an industry pioneer
- Partner with product development teams to incubate next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market demands
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
