- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across tech, sustainability, and human augmentation domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future-state insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
- Curate emerging tech partnerships with startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, neuro)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
