Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario models for 2026 market disruptions and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce quarterly Future Briefs for executive stakeholders with strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts and innovation pioneers
- Design resilience strategies for supply chains and workforce evolution
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
