Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop future-proof innovation frameworks aligned with corporate strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Build scenario models for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures studies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
