Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes

- Lead cross-functional 'Future War Room' simulations stress-testing organizational resilience against black swan events
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and immersive scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academic pioneers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling visual narratives and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level innovation strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Exceptional scenario-planning and system-thinking capabilities with published foresight work
- Experience with advanced analytics tools and AI-driven trend detection methodologies
