Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
