Responsibilities

- Anticipate global megatrends and translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic research labs and government innovation hubs
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Develop patent-protected innovation blueprints for next-gen human augmentation
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing of products/services
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin/Arabic/Spanish)
