Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and emerging technologies to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
