Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Present future forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design organizational frameworks for agile adaptation to exponential change
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing enterprises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
