Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into corporate planning
- Conduct scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends

- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological dots
