Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into organizational strategy
- Deliver visionary keynote presentations at industry summits and conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in trend-synthesis and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' forecasting market disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2018-2023 validation required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation journals
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
