Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals and market positioning.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously monitor global tech trends, identifying disruptive innovations (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and assessing their applicability to our product ecosystem.
- R&D Leadership: Partner with engineering and product teams to prototype high-impact solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and business value.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, C-suite, and board members in a clear, compelling manner.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders, academic institutions, and technology partners to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Analyze budget requirements for upcoming projects and ensure resources are optimally distributed across the innovation pipeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Masterās degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract future concepts into concrete, actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
