Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Design and validate disruptive business models through rapid prototyping and market testing
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovation into corporate strategy and resource allocation
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and drive adoption of emerging technologies
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator with cross-functional teams
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in technology adoption frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Diffusion of Innovations)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems and startup partnerships
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation projects with market traction
