Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster culture of radical innovation
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and disruptive opportunities
- Identify and evaluate high-potential partnerships in emerging markets
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proof product development methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
