Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential growth and competitive advantage

- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track emerging technology adoption curves

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
