Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 scenario roadmaps using horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce high-impact briefings for C-suite executives on emerging tech disruptions
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight databases using AI-powered analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks at global innovation summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies
