Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-interfaces, decentralized systems) to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI of technology initiatives
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with agile methodologies
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong executive communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
