- Establish foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive-ready insights
- Experience facilitating high-stakes strategy workshops with C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
