As a key member of our innovation council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate technological disruptions, market shifts, and societal changes. You'll translate complex foresight into actionable strategies that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into product/service innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings with data-driven trend projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Establish horizon scanning protocols and maintain cutting-edge foresight methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and innovation management best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex foresight into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational change initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) highly desirable
