Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and space exploration domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical insights into business opportunities
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Publication record in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
