Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead workshops and stakeholder dialogues to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and M&A opportunities in frontier technology domains
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable product development plans with measurable ROI
- Represent Nexus at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging technology adoption and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, Web3, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting and innovation implementation
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
