Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Develop dynamic scenario models simulating socio-technological disruptions (Web5, AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Establish strategic partnerships with frontier research labs and regulatory bodies to shape policy and standards
- Translate complex future-state insights into executable roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build an internal foresight academy
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused C-suite roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented products/services
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and ethical implications of 2026+ technologies
