- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-centric tech adoption
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify and incubate disruptive startups
- Present future trend insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry conferences
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology products with 5+ years market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scenario planning and innovation strategy execution
