- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Produce high-impact future-state roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic agility and innovation portfolio performance
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and technological megatrends affecting industry evolution
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
