Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural architecture search
- Publish 2-3 peer-reviewed papers annually at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and deploy research models
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through partnership with NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning research with published papers
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of translating research into production systems
- Strong background in probabilistic modeling or reinforcement learning
