Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight roadmaps for portfolio companies using scenario planning methodologies
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 executives to identify future-proof business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for investment decisions
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) required
