Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-focused solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Document strategic frameworks and communicate future scenarios organization-wide
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovations
- Experience in agile innovation environments and rapid prototyping
