Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-oriented methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Strong familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
