Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop predictive models for market disruptions and technological inflection points (2026-2030)
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to automation, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate 2026-focused ventures and patentable innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published portfolio of trend analysis or scenario planning projects (2020-2024)
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech regulation, or sustainable technology adoption
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation initiatives
- Strong network with academic futurist communities and tech innovation labs
