- Design scalable frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize innovation investments with 5-year ROI
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable futures and human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
