Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing input from 50+ industry experts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions using agile methodologies
- Represent QuantumLeap at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary FutureCast™ analytical framework
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 5+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend impact analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, Horizon scanning software)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision initiatives with measurable ROI
